Former Maxwell Student Hired by Delta

Josiah McIntyre graduated from the Flight Operations Pathway in May 2024. He was recently hired by Delta Air Lines, which makes him the youngest pilot hiree in the history of Delta Air Lines. Josiah moved to Vero Beach, Florida, to begin his training. He shared his experience with this year's Flight OPS Pathway class on October 8, 2024 (pictured below).
